Solarise Africa Nominated for Prestigious AFSIA Solar Awards for Second Consecutive Year

Johannesburg, 19 September 2023 – Solarise Africa, a leading pan-African Energy-as-a-Service company, is proud to announce its nomination for the coveted title of “African Solar Company of the Year” at the AFSIA Solar Awards, marking the second consecutive year the company has received this prestigious recognition.

The AFSIA Solar Awards, widely regarded as the industry’s premier awards ceremony, offer a platform to honour and celebrate outstanding achievements in the African solar market. This annual event is open to participants from across the industry and encompasses 13 award categories, covering the African solar sector’s most critical aspects and specialities.

The primary objective of the AFSIA Solar Awards is to acknowledge and celebrate the exemplary contributions made by companies and individuals towards the promotion and advancement of solar energy in all its forms across the African continent. These awards aim to highlight excellence in areas such as good practice, professionalism, quality, safety, and innovation, setting a benchmark for the highest standards in the African solar industry.

Winners will be announced during the AFSIA Solar Awards ceremony, which will be part of the Renewable Energy Forum Africa (REFA) in Nairobi on 5 October 2023.
